Senior Executive

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive to oversee documentation, compliance, and operational excellence within the sterile manufacturing department. The involves managing critical documentation such as BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates in line with regulatory standards. The candidate will be responsible for handling change controls, deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities while ensuring smooth and compliant manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and control documentation including BMRs, BPRs, master SOPs, and related records.
• Prepare, review, revise, and implement master documents for production processes.
• Ensure proper implementation and compliance of SOPs within the sterile manufacturing department.
• Handle change control, deviations, investigations, and CAPA processes effectively.
• Review and verify manufacturing, sterilization, and equipment-related logbooks and records.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of UAF (Unidirectional Air Flow) systems in the area.
• Oversee cleaning and sanitization of general and controlled areas as per defined standards.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure audit readiness at all times.
• entify and report any abnormalities or disturbances related to documents, equipment, or processes.
• Monitor day-to-day activities in controlled and general manufacturing areas.
• Provide training to subordinates, technicians, and operators on SOPs and processes.
• Ensure team members are updated with current procedures, practices, and compliance requirements.
• Guide and support subordinates to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation updates and ensure availability of current documents in the area.
• Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams for operational effectiveness.
• Develop a thorough understanding of machines, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and operational practices.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to company policies within the department.
