Field Officer

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Officer to drive the promotion of the company’s pharmaceutical products and ensure strong market presence within the assigned territory. The involves implementing marketing and business strategies, building relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists, and providing actionable feedback to the Product Management team. The Field Officer will play a key in achieving sales targets, maintaining product availability, and supporting company initiatives, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with organizational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote company products to achieve and surpass territory sales targets
• Implement management-approved market and business strategies
• entify potential customers, markets, and business opportunities
• Manage stockists, distributors, and ensure product availability
• Conduct doctor visits, chemist calls, and participate in educational meetings
• Provide feedback on company and competitor products to the Product Management team
• Participate in briefings, seminars, and company meetings as required
• Plan daily work, report activities using the PHYZII tool, and submit timely expense statements
