Field Officer

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Officer to promote company products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensure consistent business growth. The involves executing sales strategies,entifying new market opportunities, and maintaining effective coordination with distributors and stockists.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies within the assigned territory
• entify potential customers and expand market reach to drive business growth
• Maintain strong relationships with stockists, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure regular doctor and chemist visits as per defined call averages and coverage
• Generate orders and ensure product availability to meet prescription demand
• Organize and participate in medical events, seminars, and promotional activities
• Provide regular market feedback on competitor activities and customer insights
• Maintain daily work plans, call reports, and update activities in CRM tools
• Ensure timely submission of expense reports and adherence to company policies
