Job Description

Retail Officer - Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting retail sales operations, customer engagement, and marketing activities to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The involves handling customer interactions, promoting products and services, supporting store operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within the retail environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily retail sales and customer service activities within the store or assigned area.
  • Assist customers with product information, service guidance, and purchase-related queries.
  • Promote products, healthcare services, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Support achievement of retail sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of retail and marketing activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment activities when required.
  • Ensure proper display, merchandising, and presentation of products within retail areas.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
  • Support promotional events, awareness programs, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and retail operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and support teams for operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in billing coordination, payment handling, and retail documentation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management review.
  • Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and business development activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of retail areas.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and management.
  • Maintain professionalism, discipline, and customer-focused service at all times.
  • Perform additional retail sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management or supervisors.
