Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking an experienced Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage nursing staff effectively. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, supervision, and maintaining quality and compliance within the assigned unit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Plan and schedule nursing manpower for 24x7 coverage
• Ensure comprehensive patient care and monitor service quality
• Maintain inventory and track consumption of medical supplies
• Coordinate with doctors and consultants for effective patient management
• Guide and support nursing staff in patient care and handling
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality, and accreditation standards
• Handle patient/doctor complaints, incidents, and infection control issues
• Assist in policy updates and implementation of nursing procedures
• Provide training, orientation, and development for nursing staff
• Monitor proper biomedical waste disposal and safety practices
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to ethical standards
