Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse – Home Health Care to provide high-quality nursing care to patients at home. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring continuity of care as per medical guidance while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at home as per treatment plans
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain accurate patient records and report progress to doctors
• Educate patients and family members on care plans and recovery
• Handle basic medical equipment and ensure proper usage
• Identify and respond to emergencies or changes in patient condition
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient care
