Job Description:

GCS Medical College Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a PMJAY Executive – Front Office to join their dynamic team and manage patient facilitation under government healthcare schemes. The involves handling front desk operations, coordinating PMJAY processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage front office activities with a focus on PMJAY patient registration and processing
• Assist patients in documentation and eligibility verification under PMJAY schemes
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth approval and treatment workflow
• Provide clear guidance to patients and attendants regarding scheme benefits and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of PMJAY cases, approvals, and transactions
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of required documents and claims
• Handle patient queries and resolve issues related to scheme processes
• Ensure compliance with PMJAY guidelines and hospital policies
• Support overall reception operations to maintain efficient patient flow
• Prepare reports and maintain data related to scheme utilization
