Job Description

The Sr. Executive will oversee end-to-end coordination of insurance and TPA-related activities, including patient approvals, billing, and claim processing. The requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of healthcare insurance processes to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage TPA and insurance coordination for cashless and reimbursement cases.
  • Handle pre-authorization, approvals, and claim documentation processes.
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of claims to TPAs.
  • Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments.
  • Resolve queries, discrepancies, and claim-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for all TPA transactions.
  • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up for timely settlements.
