Customer Care Executive Temporary Staff

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for patient enquiry handling, appointment support, service guidance, complaint coordination, patient communication, and front-end customer experience at Medicover Hospitals, Whitefield, Bangalore. This temporary requires Graduate or Diploma qualification with 2–5 years of experience in customer care or healthcare service support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through phone, front desk, or service desk communication.
• Provide information about doctors, departments, services, appointments, and hospital processes.
• Support appointment booking, patient follow-up, and service coordination.
• Guide patients for consultation, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and report collection.
• Maintain enquiry records, call logs, feedback details, and patient interaction trackers.
• Coordinate with front office, OPD, billing, nursing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
• Handle patient complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Follow hospital communication standards and service protocols.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly customer care support.
