Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead hospital sales strategy, referral development, oncology service promotion, business growth, marketing activities, team coordination, and market expansion at HCG Cancer Centre, Bangalore. This requires any graduation or MBA qualification with 8–10 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies for hospital and oncology services.
• Build referral networks with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and healthcare partners.
• Lead field marketing, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and business development activities.
• Monitor lead generation, patient enquiries, referrals, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, doctor meets, CME events, and community outreach.
• Coordinate with doctors, OPD, admission, billing, diagnostics, operations, and patient care teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, patient needs, and territory opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, marketing MIS, campaign analysis, and performance updates.
• Guide and motivate sales and marketing team members to achieve targets.
• Strengthen brand visibility, patient trust, and service awareness in the market.
• Maintain ethical healthcare communication and professional relationship management.
• Drive sustainable patient growth and hospital business development.
