Customer Relations Coordinator - Patient Care Services

The Customer Relations Coordinator will work as a key communication bridge between patients, attendants, clinical teams, billing, front office, and support departments. The candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and experience in patient care services or customer relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient service workflow between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Handle patient and attendant queries, feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Support patient guidance through registration, consultation, diagnostics, billing, admission, and discharge flow.
• Track service delays, pending reports, patient concerns, and escalation cases.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Maintain patient interaction records, complaint trackers, service reports, and follow-up updates.
• Support service recovery and patient satisfaction improvement activities.
• Communicate hospital services, process steps, and updates clearly to patients and families.
• Escalate serious complaints or unresolved issues to seniors promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and professional communication.
• Support smooth patient experience and relationship-building activities.
• Ensure respectful, timely, and patient-friendly service coordination.
