Secretary - Nursing

The Secretary - Nursing will assist nursing leadership in managing administrative records, duty rosters, communication, reports, meeting coordination, and departmental follow-up. The candidate should have good documentation skills, professional communication, confidentiality, and understanding of nursing department workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support nursing administration with documentation, reports, files, and departmental communication.
• Maintain nursing duty rosters, attendance records, leave details, and nursing office files.
• Coordinate meetings, training schedules, circulars, notices, and nursing department updates.
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and nursing administration documents.
• Coordinate with ward incharges, nursing supervisors, HR, administration, and management teams.
• Track pending nursing documents, approvals, and departmental requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of staff, patient, and administrative information.
• Support audit documentation, compliance records, and quality-related files.
• Manage phone calls, emails, internal communication, and visitor coordination for nursing office.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records.
• Support smooth nursing office operations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional secretarial support.
