Deputy Clinical Nurse Lead - Nursing

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a skilled nursing professional to assist in managing clinical operations while delivering patient-centered care. The involves monitoring patient health, supporting treatment procedures, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. The candidate will also contribute to patient education, documentation, and continuous improvement in nursing practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Record patient medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols
• Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs, reporting any changes promptly
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care delivery
• Perform point-of-care tests and assist in diagnostic and clinical procedures
• Provide bedside care and ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability of required resources
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently
• Support and guide nursing staff while ensuring adherence to clinical standards
• Participate in ongoing training and in-service education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
