Job Description

Care Hospitals is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. The involves team management, vendor coordination, and ensuring uninterrupted hospital services while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations, repairs, and installation projects across the facility
Lead and manage maintenance staff, including training and performance supervision
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hospital policies, and industry standards
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with external vendors
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution
Coordinate with hospital departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption
Maintain records, prepare reports, andentify opportunities for process improvement
Manage inventory of equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
