Job Description

The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for managing calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about services, appointments, and support. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately.
  • Follow up with patients/customers for reminders, feedback, and service updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as doctors, nursing staff, and operations for query resolution.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and consistent information to callers.
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and courteous communication.
  • Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
  • Manage email, chat, or other communication channels if required.
  • Track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs).
  • entify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information at all times.
  • Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, outbound calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Support billing or basic query handling related to services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and call centre protocols.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous skill development programs.
