Job Description
Motivated Executive – Sales & Marketing responsible for supporting business development, customer acquisition, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. Skilled in executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns. Adept at building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of sales targets and marketing objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist in promoting products and services through marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service support.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and service issues.
- Monitor market feedback and share insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
