Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing patient mobility, planning rehabilitation programs, providing exercise therapy, and supporting recovery from injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. The requires BPT or MPT preferred with 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of physiotherapy, patient rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and musculoskeletal care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility, pain, strength, and functional limitations.
• Prepare physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide exercise therapy and mobility training to patients.
• Support post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, precautions, and recovery care.
• Monitor patient progress and update therapy plans as required.
• Maintain physiotherapy records and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation teams.
• Use physiotherapy equipment safely and appropriately.
• Assist patients with gait training, balance training, and strengthening exercises.
• Support pain management and functional improvement programs.
• Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of physiotherapy areas.
• Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and ethical practices.
• Deliver patient-friendly and goal-focused rehabilitation care.
