Accountant

The Accountant will manage accounting entries, voucher posting, billing support, bank reconciliation, financial records, expense tracking, and reporting at Trinity Multispeciality Hospitals, Hyderabad. This requires B.Com or M.Com qualification with 2–5 years of accounts experience and knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and accounting processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and financial records.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, expense, salary, and journal-related accounting work.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger review, and payment tracking reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, approvals, and supporting financial documents before processing.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, administration, and vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, outstanding payments, and expense trackers.
• Prepare daily collection reports, expense reports, reconciliation reports, and finance MIS.
• Identify accounting errors, missing documents, or reconciliation differences.
• Use Tally, Excel, accounting software, and hospital systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, vendor, staff, and patient billing information.
• Support audit documentation and statutory record preparation when required.
• Ensure organized, timely, and accurate accounting support.
