Executive/ Senior Executive - Production

The Executive / Senior Executive – Production will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, and achieving production targets within defined timelines. The involves supervising manpower, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring GMP compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency. The candidate will contribute to process optimization, productivity improvement, and continuous operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production operations as per production schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
• Monitor production parameters and maintain process efficiency.
• Review and maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately.
• Ensure line clearance and readiness of production areas before operations.
• Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and process deviations.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, hygiene standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Handle operational issues, deviations, and troubleshooting activities promptly.
• Support validation, qualification, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and work areas.
• Train and guide operators and production staff on SOPs and operational practices.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Implement CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives within production processes.
• Prepare production reports, shift summaries, and MIS documentation for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support achievement of productivity, quality, and cost optimization goals.
• Stay updated with manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.
