Executive/ Senior Executive - Stores(Ware House)

The Executive / Senior Executive – Stores (Warehouse) will be responsible for overseeing receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables. The involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures, coordinating logistics activities, and supporting uninterrupted production operations. The candidate will ensure proper documentation, stock management, and adherence to safety and quality standards within warehouse operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
• Supervise receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, QA, QC, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling,entification, and traceability of materials.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and warehouse operational guidelines.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and transportation activities for timely deliveries.
• Handle inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and material handling activities safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper preservation and handling of sensitive and regulated materials.
• Prepare warehouse MIS reports, inventory summaries, and operational reports.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to warehouse operations.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, safety practices, and inventory procedures.
• Stay updated with warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices.
