Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager

Limited is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to manage core human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The involves supporting organizational growth by ensuring effective talent management, compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Handle employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize HR activities/events.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
• Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and communication across the organization.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Support HR audits and ensure documentation readiness for inspections.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and provide insights to management.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
