Job Description
Experienced Central Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end organizational operations across multiple functions and locations. Skilled in process management, performance monitoring, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. Adept at driving standardization, cost optimization, and productivity improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized operational activities across departments, regions, or business units.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
- Standardize operational procedures, policies, and workflows across the organization.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective process improvement solutions.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources including manpower, systems, and infrastructure.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead process automation and digital transformation initiatives for operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee service delivery performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers where applicable.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior management review.
- Lead and mentor operations teams to build capability and improve performance standards.
