Recruiter Manager

Experienced Recruiter Manager responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning initiatives. Skilled in managing hiring pipelines, stakeholder coordination, employer branding, and recruitment analytics across diverse functions and levels. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning requirements.
• Manage and mentor recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets and SLA commitments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and specifications.
• Oversee sourcing strategies including job portals, referrals, campus hiring, and social media platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates for suitability against requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination of interview processes, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers, manage onboarding coordination, and ensure candidate closure.
• Implement recruitment process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR operations for onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, diversity goals, and hiring compliance standards.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring updates for senior management.
