Front Desk Executive

The Front Desk Executive will support patient reception, appointment booking, registration, enquiry handling, billing guidance, and patient service coordination at ASG Eye Hospital, Chinchwad. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors at the front desk.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and OPD flow coordination.
• Answer calls, walk-in enquiries, and patient service questions politely.
• Guide patients for doctor consultation, eye testing, billing, optical, and reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, billing, counselling, and support teams.
• Maintain front office registers, patient records, and appointment logs.
• Use hospital software and computer systems for daily front desk work.
• Deliver smooth, respectful, and organized reception support.
