HR Executive

Vijaya Hospital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and support the overall employee lifecycle within the hospital. Theeal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidentiality of employee information
