Cornea Refractive Surgeon

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is seeking a qualified ophthalmologist with expertise in cornea and refractive surgery to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of eye conditions. The involves performing advanced surgical procedures, conducting detailed patient evaluations, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative care. The candidate will work closely with clinical teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and patient-centric care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage corneal diseases, refractive errors, and related ophthalmic conditions
• Perform advanced corneal and refractive surgeries such as LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and corneal transplants
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and ensure effective post-operative care and follow-ups
• Provide patient consultations, explain treatment options, and guide patients through procedures and recovery
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with optometrists, clinical staff, and other specialists for coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records, surgical documentation, and reports
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cornea and refractive surgery techniques and technologies
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous medical education programs.
