Aruniva Lifecare is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Maternal & Neonatal Nurse / Postnatal Care Specialist to provide comprehensive home-based care services to newborn infants and postnatal mothers. The involves delivering attentive newborn care, including feeding support, hygiene management, sleep routine monitoring, and overall well-being of the infant. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting mothers during the post-delivery phase, including support in recovery from normal and C-section deliveries, basic mobility assistance, and general health monitoring. The position requires adherence to established hygiene standards, patient safety protocols, and ethical care practices. Theeal candidate should possess relevant qualifications such as GNM, ANM, or Midwifery certification, along with practical experience in maternal and neonatal care. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and reliability are essential. The is offered on a flexible 12-hour or 24-hour duty basis, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments.
