Centre Head Operations

The Centre Head Operations will lead complete center operations, patient experience, team performance, revenue coordination, service quality, and operational compliance at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Mumbai. This requires 7–12 years of experience in centre management, P&L, hospital administration, and operations management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead complete hospital center operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Monitor OPD flow, patient counselling, diagnostics, optical, billing, pharmacy, and support services.
• Manage team performance, duty allocation, service standards, discipline, and operational workflow.
• Track revenue, P&L, patient conversion, patient satisfaction, service quality, and center MIS reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counselling, finance, HR, administration, and regional leadership.
• Resolve patient complaints, operational issues, service delays, and process gaps with corrective action.
• Support local business growth, referral development, marketing activities, and center visibility.
• Ensure SOP compliance, patient safety, audit readiness, and professional center management.
• Review manpower, productivity, resource utilization, and operational cost efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, financial, and business information.
• Drive service excellence, business performance, and patient-friendly operations.
• Ensure disciplined, profitable, and high-quality center operations.
