Executive

We are looking for an experienced Executive – Maintenance to manage hospital facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, safety compliance, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, and utility systems in a healthcare environment. This requires proactive problem-solving, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and ensuring smooth hospital infrastructure operations with minimal downtime.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance activities for hospital infrastructure, utilities, and support systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil maintenance systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facility assets.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
• Monitor breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution with minimum operational disruption.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service reports, AMC details, and asset history.
• Ensure hospital safety standards, fire safety systems, and compliance requirements are followed.
• Inspect hospital premises regularly to identify repair needs and maintenance risks.
• Support biomedical, housekeeping, security, and administration teams for facility-related work.
• Supervise technical staff and allocate maintenance tasks based on urgency and priority.
• Track utility consumption and suggest improvements for cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure emergency maintenance support is available during critical hospital operations.
• Assist in renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of plant rooms and service areas.
• Prepare reports for management on maintenance status, pending issues, and completed work.
