Head Total Rewards -Human Resources

The Head Total Rewards will lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, rewards planning, analytics, and HR compensation governance at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Mumbai. This requires strong experience in compensation benchmarking, total rewards, analytics, salary structuring, and benefits administration with 10–18 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation competitiveness reviews.
• Design and review salary structures, variable pay plans, bonus models, and benefits policies.
• Work closely with HR leadership, finance, business heads, and management for reward planning.
• Prepare compensation analytics, cost impact reports, salary revision inputs, and reward dashboards.
• Ensure pay practices are fair, competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage benefits administration, employee benefit programs, and rewards communication.
• Support annual appraisal cycles, increment planning, budgeting, and manpower cost analysis.
• Review compensation data accuracy, HRMS records, payroll inputs, and employee benefit details.
• Identify gaps in reward structure and recommend improvements for retention and performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of salary, employee, and organizational information.
• Ensure strategic, data-driven, and compliant total rewards management.
