Home Care Nurse

Home Care Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients at home, supporting ICU or critical care needs, monitoring patient condition, administering medicines, and coordinating with doctors and family members. The requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with 1 to 6 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of home care nursing, patient care, ICU support, and healthcare assistance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
• Support ICU, critical care, and post-hospitalization patient care.
• Maintain patient care records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and home care coordinators for treatment updates.
• Educate family members about patient care and safety instructions.
• Support patient mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs.
• Report changes in patient condition to doctors or seniors immediately.
• Follow infection control and patient safety practices at home.
• Maintain proper handover and care continuity during duty changes.
• Handle medical equipment and home care supplies responsibly.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Communicate politely with patients and family members.
• Deliver compassionate, disciplined, and reliable home nursing care.
