Experienced Manager – IT Security Engineering responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise cybersecurity solutions to protect organizational systems, networks, and data assets. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT security engineering and cybersecurity operations across the organization.
- Design and implement secure network, infrastructure, and application security solutions.
- Monitor security systems and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats proactively.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security risk analysis.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage firewalls, endpoint security, intrusion detection, and access control systems.
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, and development teams to strengthen security posture.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and audit requirements.
- Oversee security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response activities.
- Implement identity and access management solutions to protect organizational assets.
- Lead security awareness initiatives and provide guidance on cybersecurity practices.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend system enhancements.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, security tools, and third-party security assessments.
- Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates for senior management.
