Manager / Sr. Manager - Scientific Services

The Manager / Sr. Manager – Scientific Services will be responsible for driving scientific excellence across marketing and medical communication functions. The involves managing a team, ensuring accurate and timely responses to medical queries, supporting product management teams with scientific content, and contributing to new product launches. The candidate will also engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to strengthen the organization’s scientific credibility and brand positioning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage scientific services team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of outputs.
• Evaluate team capacity, skill sets, and resource allocation for project execution.
• Oversee responses to product and therapy-related queries from healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all scientific communications.
• Manage and review medical writing projects including articles, publications, and scientific content.
• Provide strategic inputs for development of scientific communication kits.
• marketing strategies into scientifically accurate and impactful content.
• Review and validate content for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment.
• Approve and sign-off on final scientific materials before external dissemination.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Participate in annual planning of scientific programs and marketing events.
• Lead program design discussions including agenda and content development with courseectors.
• Conduct scientific sessions during internal meetings and training programs.
• Provide scientific insights and support during new product launches.
• Ensure continued scientific support post-launch for sustained product success.
• Share latest medical updates, clinical data, and industry trends with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update product portfolios with current scientific information.
• Review scientific journals and publications toentify relevant data and insights.
• Engage with doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders for knowledge exchange.
• Address customer queries and provide expert scientific guidance.
• Support development of educational programs and value-added scientific initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of all scientific activities with organizational and brand objectives.
• Monitor quality standards and continuously improve scientific communication processes.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance scientific and communication capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in scientific services.
