Job Description
The Product Manager / Group Product Manager will be responsible for leading brand strategy for gynecology products, planning and executing marketing and promotional initiatives, and driving overall division growth. The involves monitoring product performance, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and providing strategicection to sales teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute brand strategy for gynecology product portfolio.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market dynamics to drive growth.
- Engage and build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic inputs and guidance to sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Identify and drive new product development initiatives and portfolio expansion.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to growth and optimization stages.
- Develop promotional materials, scientific content, and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and supply chain.
- Plan and execute product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.
- Organize CMEs, conferences, and promotional events.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Train and mentor sales teams on product knowledge and positioning.
- Track budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for management.
- Monitor competitor activities andentify opportunities for differentiation.
- Drive digital marketing and innovative engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and achievement of division goals.
