Back Office Executive

The Back Office Executive will support documentation, record management, data entry, MIS reporting, coordination, administration support, and daily back office operations at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Nagpur. This requires any graduate qualification with computer proficiency and 1–2 years of administrative or back office experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily back office documentation, data entry, file maintenance, and administrative records.
• Prepare and update MIS reports, registers, trackers, and departmental documents.
• Coordinate with HR, administration, accounts, billing, stores, and other hospital departments.
• Maintain records accurately in computer systems, Excel sheets, and hospital software.
• Verify documents, forms, approvals, and supporting details before submission.
• Handle email communication, printing, scanning, filing, and office documentation work.
• Support follow-up of pending documents, reports, approvals, and internal coordination tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital, employee, patient, and administrative information.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, letters, and basic office communication.
• Ensure documents are properly organized, updated, and easily retrievable.
• Report missing information, data errors, or coordination gaps to seniors promptly.
• Support smooth, accurate, and timely back office operations.
