Marketing Executive - Trade

The Marketing Executive - Trade will manage field marketing, doctor referral development, trade marketing, promotional activities, lead generation, and market development at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Nagpur. This requires a graduate qualification, with MBA Marketing preferred, and 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, referral marketing, or healthcare business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
• Promote hospital specialties, consultants, facilities, procedures, and patient services.
• Build and maintain a strong doctor referral network in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads, patient referrals, enquiries, and new business opportunities.
• Support promotional activities, health camps, awareness programs, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain daily visit reports, referral records, lead trackers, and marketing activity reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
• Follow up with referral sources for service feedback and patient coordination.
• Track competitor activities, local market trends, and healthcare service demand.
• Improve brand visibility through regular field presence and relationship management.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Support business growth through disciplined field marketing and referral development.
