Deputy HR Manager

The Deputy HR Manager will manage HR strategy, policy implementation, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, grievance handling, HR operations, compliance, and performance management at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Nagpur. This requires MBA HR or PGDM-HR qualification with 5–7 years of HR management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support HR strategy planning and implementation across hospital departments.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce requirements, recruitment, and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs, employee performance, and HR concerns.
• Implement HR policies, staff discipline, attendance processes, and workplace guidelines.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, conflict management, and staff communication.
• Supervise HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance support.
• Monitor performance management, appraisal activities, feedback documentation, and employee development.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, statutory documentation, and audit-ready HR files.
• Support training, engagement, retention, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and legal compliance in HR decisions.
• Prepare manpower reports, attrition reports, recruitment updates, and management summaries.
