Centre Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of a healthcare centre to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric service delivery. The focuses on managing staff performance, optimizing workflows, improving patient experience, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This position plays a key in coordinating between clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high-quality service standards across the centre.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare centre to ensure smooth functioning
• Supervise administrative, front desk, and support staff performance
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and reduce waiting time
• Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams
• Implement and monitor operational policies and standard procedures
• Manage patient flow, appointments, and facility utilization efficiently
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) of the centre
• Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination for centre needs
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization activities
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations regularly
• Improve operational systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
