Job Description
Lupin Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Executive to perform microbiological analysis and support laboratory operations in compliance with regulatory standards and data integrity requirements. The involves testing, documentation, instrument maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analysis of stability samples and finished products as per approved protocols.
- Conduct testing of miscellaneous samples and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Compile and document analytical results in compliance with ALCOA principles and data integrity standards.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and monitor effectiveness of data integrity policies within the laboratory.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as drying ovens, autoclaves, balances, pH meters, and sonicators.
- Perform routine calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain proper records of instrument usage, maintenance, and calibration activities.
- Plan and execute water sampling and microbiological analysis as per defined schedules.
- Ensure timely execution and documentation of environmental and water monitoring activities.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory processes and testing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the microbiology laboratory.
- entify deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and report to senior staff for further action.
- Support investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for sample handling and testing requirements.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory consumables and ensure timely availability.
- Participate in training programs and continuous skill development activities.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of microbiological waste as per regulatory norms.
