Job Description
Detail-oriented Executive – Engineering responsible for supporting engineering operations, maintenance activities, project execution, and process improvements within manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments. Skilled in equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Adept at ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and timely execution of engineering tasks to support uninterrupted production and infrastructure reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify issues affecting operational efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or utility-related problems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with engineering SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain engineering records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and utility teams for seamless operations.
- Assist in spare parts planning and inventory management for engineering supplies.
- Support process improvement and equipment optimization initiatives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor utility systems and ensure efficient equipment performance.
- Assist in engineering projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to environmental guidelines.
- Stay updated with technical standards, maintenance practices, and engineering best practices.
