Executive - GMP Compliance

Detail-oriented Executive – GMP Compliance responsible for supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance activities, documentation control, audit readiness, and quality system adherence within regulated manufacturing environments. Skilled in handling SOP reviews, deviation tracking, CAPA coordination, and regulatory compliance monitoring. Adept at collaborating with quality, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to GMP standards, data integrity, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support GMP compliance activities across manufacturing and quality operations.
• Monitor adherence to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
• Review and maintain compliance-related documentation, records, and reports.
• Assist in handling deviations, CAPA, change controls, and quality investigations.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, production, and engineering teams on compliance matters.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audit preparations.
• Ensure data integrity practices are followed across documentation and processes.
• Track compliance observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing compliance metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support training activities related to GMP, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor document control and ensure proper archival of compliance records.
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality practices in manufacturing areas.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
• Stay updated with GMP regulations, industry guidelines, and compliance best practices.
