Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, ensuring smooth coordination for employee health programs, cashless services, and wellness initiatives. This focuses on business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning to achieve corporate sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • entify and onboard new corporate clients, PSUs, SMEs, and institutional accounts.
  • Develop tie-ups for employee health checkups, wellness programs, and cashless services.
  • Achieve assigned corporate sales targets in revenue and patient volume.
  • Build and maintain relationships with TPAs and insurance companies.
  • Manage empanelment, rate negotiations, renewals, and agreement compliance.
  • Coordinate with billing and operations to ensure smooth cashless and credit processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and review sessions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve corporate client issues related to billing, service delivery, and coordination.
  • Promote hospital services, specialties, and health packages to corporate clients.
  • Organize corporate health talks, wellness camps, and annual health check-up drives.
  • Collaborate with marketing on corporate branding initiatives.
  • Prepare corporate sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain MIS reports, corporate client data, and revenue tracking.
