Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, implementing cleaning protocols, and maintaining hospital facilities to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ensures that patients, staff, and visitors experience a safe and well-maintained environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room preparation, linen supply, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that comply with hospital quality standards and NABH guidelines.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Monitor housekeeping staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct training as needed.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to housekeeping operations.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
