Resident Medical Officer

The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for overseeing patient care in departments including CCU, ICU, Emergency Medicine, and General Medicine. The involves performing clinical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with healthcare teams to implement effective treatment plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in CCU, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, and ICU.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct routine rounds, perform necessary procedures, and prescribe medications as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Over the past 18 years, it has grown to a network with 2,135 beds as of September 2024, with plans to expand to 2,935 beds by 2029 through new hospitals in Gurugram (300 beds) and Ludhiana (up to 500 beds).
