Account Executive

Sunshine Global Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the hospital’s finance operations. The involves handling billing, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hospital financial policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including journal vouchers, receipts, and payments.
• Handle patient billing, invoicing, and collection tracking efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and departmental accounts.
• Ensure accurate posting of financial data in accounting software.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with departments for expense approvals and budget tracking.
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle petty cash management and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance and TPA departments for payment reconciliation.
• Generate financial MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely processing of bills.
• entify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in cost control and financial planning activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
• Perform any additional accounting or finance tasks assigned by management.
