Quality Executive

The Quality Executive will be responsible for monitoring quality processes, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards such as NABH. This requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of healthcare quality systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining hospital quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments across departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
• entify process gaps and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, policies, manuals, and reports.
• Support accreditation processes, audits, and compliance activities.
• Track incident reports, patient safety indicators, and quality data.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Monitor infection control practices and safety standards.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback for service improvement.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Conduct staff training and awareness programs on quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits.
• Support implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in quality committee meetings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for process improvements.
