The involves handling patient interactions, appointments, inquiries, and administrative coordination while maintaining high standards of service and communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital system.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth patient flow.
• Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
• Manage queue systems and ensure minimal waiting time for patients.
• Assist in admission and discharge coordination as required.
• Handle billing coordination andect patients to relevant departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and hospital information.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area.
• Maintain daily reports, registers, and front office documentation.
• Coordinate with support services such as housekeeping and security for patient needs.
• Address patient queries and concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, service standards, and protocols.
• Assist in emergency situations by guiding patients appropriately.
• Support administrative tasks and hospital communication activities.
• Participate in training programs to improve patient handling and service quality.
