Technician - Packing

The Technician - Packing will support primary and secondary packing line operations, packing machine handling, supervision, documentation, material verification, and GMP compliance at Ipca Laboratories Limited, Vapi. This requires B.Pharm, ITI, HSC, or SSC qualification with 2–4 years of packing line experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate primary and secondary packing machines as per approved packing records and SOPs.
• Support blister packing, strip packing, bottle packing, labeling, carton packing, and final packing activities.
• Verify packing materials, batch details, labels, cartons, inserts, and product information before use.
• Maintain packing records, line clearance documents, equipment logs, and reconciliation records.
• Monitor packing quality, coding details, sealing, labeling, and visual inspection activities.
• Report packing defects, machine issues, material mismatch, or deviations to seniors promptly.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and data integrity requirements during packing operations.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the packing line.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and quality-focused packing operations.
