Apprentice - RM and PM Stores

The Apprentice - RM and PM Stores will support raw material and packing material store operations, stock arrangement, material movement, basic documentation, and warehouse learning activities at Ipca Laboratories Limited, Vapi. This requires B.Sc qualification and is suitable for freshers with 0–1 year of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and arranging raw materials and packing materials in store areas.
• Support verification of item details, labels, quantity, batch number, and storage location under guidance.
• Help maintain basic store records, inward-outward entries, and material movement documentation.
• Support material issue, material shifting, and stock arrangement activities.
• Learn warehouse SOPs, GMP, GDP, FEFO/FIFO, and material handling practices.
• Coordinate with store seniors, QA, QC, production, and warehouse team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in RM and PM store areas.
• Report damaged items, mismatches, or stock-related concerns to seniors.
• Support physical stock verification and inventory checking activities.
• Develop practical knowledge of pharma warehouse and store operations.
