ADL Officer

The ADL – Officer will be responsible for developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods for pharmaceutical products. The involves working with advanced analytical instruments, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with R&D, QA, and QC teams to support product development and regulatory submissions. The candidate will ensure adherence to GMP/GLP guidelines and data integrity practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and other advanced equipment.
• Prepare method validation protocols, reports, and analytical documentation.
• Conduct method transfer activities to QC laboratories and ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, chromatograms, and analytical reports.
• Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
• Support stability studies and evaluate analytical data for product performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and QC teams for troubleshooting and development activities.
• Ensure proper calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Handle chemicals, reagents, and standards safely as per safety guidelines.
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, columns, gases, and consumables.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in analytical development processes.
